– Terms & Conditions

By applying to and participating in the Bootheka Partner Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • The Partner Program is open to event professionals such as wedding planners, photographers, videographers, DJs, venues, caterers, and other related businesses.
  • Applicants must provide accurate business and contact details.

2. Partner Benefits

  • Approved partners receive a 30% discount on all Bootheka bookings.
  • Partners may present Bootheka services as their own (white-label) when offering them to clients.
  • There is no limit to the number of times a partner may book at the discounted rate.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made directly through Bootheka by the approved partner.
  • Payment is required in full before the event, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Discounts apply only to confirmed partner bookings and cannot be transferred to clients directly.

4. Service Delivery

  • Bootheka is responsible for delivery, setup, operation, and removal of the photo booth at events.
  • The partner is not responsible for managing the booth during events.

5. Use of Branding

  • Partners are free to present the booth as part of their own service offering.
  • The Bootheka name does not need to appear in the partner’s marketing or packages, unless the partner wishes to mention it.

6. Fair Use

  • The Partner Program is intended for professional use only.
  • Bootheka reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts if misuse, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity is identified.

7. Changes to the Program

  • Bootheka may update or modify the Partner Program, including discount rates and terms, at any time.
  • Partners will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

8. Agreement

By submitting the Partner Program application form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
